Captain Jack

"Our 8+ year old border collie, Jack, had ACL surgery (TPLO) on his right rear “knee." Since he’d had arthritis and problems with that joint for several years prior to the surgery, we wanted to have a physical therapist work with him to get that leg as strong and functional as possible post-surgery.

I can’t even begin to adequately describe what an incredible job she’s done with Jack and with us in guiding us through the rehab plan, exercises, etc., to do with Jack between visits.

Besides being an outstanding PT, she’s somewhat of a dog whisperer. She’s very calm, patient, and gentle (but appropriately demanding) and she won Jack’s trust immediately!

We’re so grateful that we found Julia. Jack is in his 8th week post-surgery and his improvement has been noticeable and steady.

We recommend her most highly. We’ll never use or recommend anyone else for dog rehab/PT!"

Pepper

Luna

"Julia did a wonderful job with my dog Luna! The vet said Luna had a partial tear in her knee and surgery was a possibility. I really didn't want to do that if I didn't have to, so instead I reached out to Julia for help. She met with me promptly and evaluated Luna. Then she put together a list of exercises and mobility training for Luna and I to do together. After three months I am thrilled to say that Luna has made a full recovery and has returned to her full activity level! We could not have done it without Julia and her professional guidance and examples. She is a delight to work with and loves animals. I highly, highly recommend!"
